EKUN Logistics' Integrated Management System Audit for 2024 has been successfully completed.

1. Internal Audit Focuses on Practical Results and Strengthens Detailed Management

Starting in May, the internal audit team began auditing the entire process involved in the integrated management system according to the "Annual Audit Plan". They checked the compliance of the system's operation, with a focus on the effectiveness of the systems and records related to the processes. Any non-conformities and improvement items identified during the internal audit led to the formulation of rectification and corrective preventive measures. The results of the internal audit were reviewed through a management review meeting to continuously improve operational effectiveness.

2. External Audit Enhances Standards, Aligning with Industry Benchmarks

From June 13 to 14, a five-person audit team from the China Quality Certification Center visited EKUN for a two-day audit. The audit team verified the effectiveness of our integrated management system and related management processes through a combination of document review and on-site inspection. The experts acknowledged the good management results and also provided guidance and suggestions on the operation of the system in line with the development of the industry.

3. Compliance Development, Continuous Improvement

EKUN has passed the certification of the three-system integrated management system, establishing standardized management processes that include business provision and management operations, thus avoiding randomness in the service process. Currently, EKUN's integrated management system has been stably running for 18 years. Through the management system audit, EKUN continuously improves the compliance and effectiveness of its management system operations, consistently meeting customer requirements and being a reliable logistics manager for customers.
