EKUN 2025 Plan Deployment and Mobilization Meeting Successfully Convened

On February 9th, the EKUN Logistics 2025 Plan Deployment and Work Mobilization Meeting was successfully held.

The first agenda item of the meeting was a systematic and comprehensive deployment of the work plan for this year by Deputy General Manager Xue Yingchun, covering various aspects such as safety management, marketing and customer service, improvement of management systems, information technology construction, brand promotion, operational compliance, and human resources. The plan focused on the annual work focus of "Maintaining Steadfastness, Continuously Innovating," combining the continuity of basic work plan accumulation with the forward-looking leadership of innovative tasks, pointing out the direction for the effective implementation of various tasks this year.


The second agenda item of the meeting was a management sharing session by General Manager Cui on the theme of "Maintaining Steadfastness, Continuously Innovating, and Acting with Responsibility," focusing on the three key words "steadfastness, innovation, and behavior."

1. Steadfastness. Only by knowing one's limits can one be steadfast; clear goals lead to a strong will. EKUN maintains steadfastness from both the perspectives of mental power and capability: clarifying the target positioning of "customer-trusted logistics manager." EKUN seeks, selects, adheres to, operates, and enjoys its own ecological niche, and is driven by its mission, implementing a unified mindset from the strategic level to the employee level, strengthening organizational mental power; consolidating the management foundation. EKUN continuously optimizes its methods, accumulates organizational process capabilities, and consolidates and enhances employee competency. With both the accumulation of the past (confidence) and the call of the future (willingness), EKUN will inevitably form an inner steadfastness!

2. Innovation. Continuously innovate from two dimensions: innovative basic management and market customer expansion. Continuously pay attention to technological innovation methods such as artificial intelligence, and explore in real-time the application of these methods in combination with EKUN's hardware function upgrades, WMS logistics systems, collaborative office innovations, and safe green development, further optimizing new quality productivity; closely following international (trade) supply chain trends and new requirements in the industry field, expanding new customers in the bonded business area, and expand increments. Follow and promote new business areas of old customers, and continuously innovate EKUN's way of doing things, optimize the existing, and continuously improve customer satisfaction;

3. Behavior. Plan before acting, where cognition is the prerequisite, and the key is to take action. Use the future's tangible goals as the starting point for current actions, and always ensure that actions are implemented in the midst of things. Although EKUN cannot control the volume of customers' business, it can dominate the quality of the business through actions. Through continuous training in the service theater, internalizing in the heart and solidifying in action, doing the job properly and without mistakes, EKUN dedicates high-quality and efficient logistics services to its customers.


Focusing the mind and clarifying the will, the successful convening of the 2025 Plan Deployment and Mobilization Meeting has officially sounded the call for work resumption after the holiday. Every EKUN employee will be inspired by the mission, work steadfastly and stably, maintain steadfastness, and continuously innovate.
